Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and efficient Fulfillment Pickers to join our online retail operations in Olathe, KS. As a Fulfillment Picker, you will be a crucial part of our warehouse team, responsible for accurately locating, picking, and preparing products for shipment to customers. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanning devices and follow established procedures.
- Safely operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with product inventory or equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packing, sorting, and staging.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds regularly, and up to 70 pounds occasionally (with assistance).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center setting.
- Experience with inventory management systems or RF scanners.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
