Job Description
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Aid clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, tidying living areas, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status or behavior to supervisory staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with medication reminders as instructed by the care plan.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
- Follow individualized care plans to meet client-specific needs.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to perform physical tasks required for client care (e.g., lifting, bending)
