Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Grocery Store Price Auditor to join our team. In this stable, Monday to Friday role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pricing across all products within our stores. Your primary focus will be to conduct regular audits of shelf prices, promotional displays, and point-of-sale systems to guarantee compliance with company policies and state regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining customer trust and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly price audits using handheld scanners and manual checks across various store departments.
- Verify that all shelf prices match the prices in the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Inspect promotional displays and signage to ensure accurate pricing and offer details.
- Identify and report any pricing discrepancies, working with store management to resolve issues promptly.
- Document audit findings accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Assist in implementing new pricing updates and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all company pricing policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide feedback on common pricing errors to help improve store processes.
Required Skills
