Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Part-time Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic culinary team, specifically for weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas.

- Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as washing and peeling vegetables.
- Remove kitchen waste and manage recycling in accordance with hotel policies.
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
