Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Digital Brand Designer with specialized expertise in Pinterest to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial for developing and executing compelling visual content strategies that resonate with our target audiences on the Pinterest platform, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for our premium spirits and wine brands. You will be instrumental in translating brand identities into visually stunning and highly shareable Pinterest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Pinterest content strategies aligned with overall brand marketing objectives for various Brown-Forman brands.
  • Design and produce high-quality, engaging visual assets (Pins, Idea Pins, video Pins) optimized for the Pinterest algorithm and user experience.
  • Conduct keyword research and trend analysis specific to Pinterest to inform content creation and maximize discoverability.
  • Collaborate closely with brand managers, marketing teams, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy across all Pinterest initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on Pinterest performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, best practices, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage and organize Pinterest boards, profiles, and campaigns efficiently.
  • Contribute to broader digital design projects as needed, leveraging strong graphic design skills.
