Job Description

Electronic Arts is looking for dedicated Virtual Beta Testers to join our remote team, specifically focusing on providing crucial feedback for upcoming game releases. Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios for pre-release EA video games across various platforms.
- Thoroughly identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and other issues using designated bug tracking software.
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback on gameplay mechanics, user interface, overall game balance, and player experience.
- Participate in remote debriefs and team discussions, collaborating with development teams to refine game features.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality agreements and project timelines.
- Maintain a reliable gaming setup and internet connection to ensure consistent testing capability.
Required Skills
- Profound passion for video games, particularly Electronic Arts titles and genres.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills to detect subtle issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear bug reporting and feedback.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute test cases precisely.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with PC and/or console gaming platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in game testing, quality assurance, or a similar role (professional or personal).
- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Familiarity with various gaming genres, including sports, action-adventure, RPG, and simulation.
- Ability to critically analyze game design and provide user-centric insights.
