Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Google users via various communication channels (chat, email, potentially phone) regarding Google products and services.
  • Accurately identify user needs and provide clear, concise, and helpful information or solutions.
  • Utilize internal Google tools and resources to research and resolve complex inquiries.

Required Skills
