Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Chat Specialist to join our customer support team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for FedEx customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and assisting with service-related questions exclusively through chat channels. This position does not involve phone calls, allowing you to focus on written communication to deliver accurate and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers via live chat, addressing a wide range of inquiries including tracking, service options, billing, and general information.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are positive and productive.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Stay up-to-date with FedEx products, services, policies, and system updates to provide informed support.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors in a remote setting to ensure consistent service delivery.
