Job Description
Are you passionate about social media, trending content, and digital engagement? Digitas is seeking a dynamic and creative Google TikTok Content Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our social media and content marketing initiatives, specifically focusing on Google and TikTok platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to dive deep into digital trends, analyze performance, and contribute to viral content strategies for major brands. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, learning from industry experts while shaping compelling online narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in brainstorming and developing innovative content ideas tailored for Google (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Google Discover) and TikTok platforms.
- Support the content creation process, including researching trends, drafting scripts, and coordinating with creators.
- Monitor Google and TikTok analytics to track content performance, identify key insights, and suggest optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm changes, TikTok trends, features, and best practices.
- Help manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify successful content strategies and emerging creators.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including strategists, designers, and media buyers, to ensure content aligns with overall campaign goals.
- Assist with community management tasks, engaging with comments and messages to foster brand interaction.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding and active use of TikTok and Google platforms (especially YouTube).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and an eye for engaging digital content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., video editing apps, graphic design software).
- Familiarity with social media analytics (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio).
