Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from company vehicles and trailers.
- Scan packages using handheld scanners and sort them to the correct destinations.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry packages weighing up to 75 lbs (with reasonable accommodation).
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate package processing.
Required Skills
- Ability to frequently lift and move packages weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or physical labor role.
- Basic understanding of logistics and package handling processes.
