Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Online Customer Liaison to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and guidance as they build and manage their online presence. This is an opportunity to engage in meaningful work, directly impacting the success of countless businesses and creators. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide product education, and gather valuable feedback to contribute to product improvements. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic support to Squarespace users via email, live chat, and occasionally phone calls.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to website building, domain management, e-commerce, and other platform features.
- Educate users on Squarespace features and best practices to help them achieve their goals.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to escalate complex issues and provide user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with new Squarespace features and product updates.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated empathy and patience when assisting customers.
- Ability to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, help desk, or online support role.
- Familiarity with Squarespace or other website building platforms.
- Experience working in a remote team environment.
- An interest in web design, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
