Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Assist customers with opening new accounts, applying for loans, and understanding various banking products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Chase products and services to meet those needs.
  • Educate customers on how to use self-service banking options and digital tools.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized and attentive service.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to security procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
