Job Description
Are you a student with a passion for retail and an eye for the latest high street trends? Kohl’s is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Student Retail Partners to join our Grand Island team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, focusing on customer engagement and maintaining visual merchandising standards for popular brands. You’ll contribute to creating an inviting shopping experience, helping customers find their perfect style while supporting our store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing excellent service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and merchandised according to brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and tagging merchandise.
- Support fitting room operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Required Skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
