Job Description

TaskRabbit is seeking self-motivated and reliable individuals to join our platform as Mobile Taskers specializing in Assembly & Errand services across all suburbs of Leeds, including Headingley. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy variety, have practical skills, and want to control their working hours and rates. As an independent contractor, you’ll connect with clients through our intuitive app, complete requested tasks, and get paid for your services.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and manage task requests through the TaskRabbit mobile application.
- Perform various assembly tasks, including furniture (e.g., IKEA), exercise equipment, and shelving units.
- Execute general errand services such as grocery shopping, package delivery, post office runs, and dry cleaning pickup/drop-off.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide status updates.
- Manage your own schedule and availability to meet client demands.
- Travel to client locations within Leeds and surrounding suburbs to complete tasks.
- Maintain a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
- Utilize basic tools and equipment required for assembly tasks.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to assemble various types of furniture and equipment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude and resourcefulness.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
