Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service – all without the pressure of cold calling. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, providing information and resolving concerns.
  • Listen actively to customer needs and accurately document interactions in our CRM system.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or product information with clear and concise communication.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-call resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously learn about new products, services, and system updates.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening abilities and empathy.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and data entry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment (inbound preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
