Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pinterest Ad Traffic Coordinator with a strong marketing focus to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey, Florida. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution and optimization of our clients’ Pinterest advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ad creative assets, trafficking campaigns, monitoring performance, and collaborating closely with our strategy and creative teams to maximize campaign effectiveness on the Pinterest platform. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the timely delivery and trafficking of all Pinterest ad creatives and assets.
- Implement, manage, and monitor Pinterest ad campaigns, ensuring adherence to client objectives and budget.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on ad creative, landing pages, and tracking pixels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics) to ensure campaign alignment and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights to account managers.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest advertising best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and work with Pinterest support when necessary.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of campaign setups, changes, and results.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in digital advertising or marketing coordination.
- Demonstrable understanding of Pinterest advertising platform and best practices.
- Proficiency in campaign trafficking and ad operations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Familiarity with ad serving technologies and tracking tools.
- Agency experience is a plus.
