Job Description
Are you passionate about movies and have a keen eye for detail? AMC Theatres is seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as Cinema Secret Shoppers. This unique part-time role allows you to enjoy the latest blockbusters and independent films while helping us maintain our high standards of service and operational excellence. You will provide valuable feedback on various aspects of the cinema experience, from ticket purchasing and concession stand efficiency to cleanliness and staff interactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for movie lovers to contribute directly to enhancing guest satisfaction without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend movie screenings at designated AMC Theatres locations as a regular guest, typically 2-4 times per month.
- Observe and evaluate the overall cinema experience, including ticketing, lobby, concessions, restrooms, and auditoriums.
- Assess staff performance regarding friendliness, efficiency, product knowledge, and adherence to service standards.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback on various operational aspects using a provided checklist and survey.
- Document findings accurately and submit reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Maintain complete anonymity during each cinema visit to ensure an authentic experience.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and policies regarding secret shopping procedures.
