Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Part-time Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This unique role offers flexible weekend hours and focuses primarily on administrative and data-driven tasks, with absolutely no phone calls required. You will be instrumental in supporting various departments by managing information, organizing digital assets, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems.
- Organize and manage digital files and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and events.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Conduct online research and compile information as needed.
- Manage email correspondence and filter communications.
