Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
