Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and discreet Part-Time Museum Cloakroom Attendant to join our team in a quiet, serene environment. This role is essential for enhancing our visitors’ experience by providing a secure and organized space for their personal belongings. Ideal for individuals who appreciate a calm workspace and enjoy contributing to a cultural institution. This position requires a high degree of reliability and a customer-focused approach, ensuring a seamless and pleasant visit for all museum guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and store visitors' coats, bags, and other personal items securely.
- Return items promptly and accurately to visitors upon request.
- Maintain a tidy and organized cloakroom area.
- Assist visitors with general inquiries and provide directional information as needed.
- Ensure the security of stored items and report any unusual activity or concerns to management.
- Adhere to all museum policies and procedures.
- Provide a polite and welcoming demeanor to all museum guests.
Required Skills
