Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tally Clerk to join our banking operations team in Ventura, CA. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions and records. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data and numbers, possessing exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to work. You will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and reconciling various financial documents and reports, ensuring all figures align with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately tally and verify daily cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Reconcile various financial documents, statements, and reports.
- Perform data entry for financial records with a high degree of precision.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data and report findings.
- Maintain organized and accurate physical and digital records.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries.
- Adhere strictly to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related issues efficiently.
