Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload packages of varying sizes and weights onto and off trailers and conveyances.
- Scan and sort packages accurately according to destination and shipping requirements.
- Operate package handling equipment safely and effectively, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the loading bay.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs (32 kg) frequently.
- Physical stamina and endurance for standing, walking, lifting, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic communication skills.
- Commitment to safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or physically demanding role.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
