Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Virtual Records Clerk to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a high school diploma looking to start their career in a supportive and professional environment. As a Virtual Records Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing electronic records from a remote setting. Your primary goal will be to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality of vital company documents. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to data privacy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual office.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.

- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive data.
- Assist with the migration of physical records to digital formats when required.
