Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Folder & File Sorter to join our remote team, specifically supporting our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for meticulously organizing, categorizing, and managing digital files and folders essential for various AI projects. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. You will ensure data integrity and accessibility, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our cutting-edge AI research and development efforts. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining structured digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Categorize and label digital files and folders according to established naming conventions and project guidelines.
- Perform regular audits of digital storage to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols for all sensitive information.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and project managers to understand specific data organization needs.
- Identify and flag duplicate, outdated, or misfiled data for review and correction.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of data organization best practices and documentation.
- Provide support for data retrieval requests from various team members.
