Job Description
Are you a meticulous individual seeking a flexible, fast-hire opportunity to earn money and contribute to a leading beauty brand? Sephora is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Order Packers to join our Santa Clara distribution team. This role is perfect for students or anyone looking for part-time work, offering an immediate start in a dynamic, supportive environment. As an Online Order Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their beloved skincare products accurately and efficiently, maintaining the high standards of quality and presentation Sephora is known for. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for a wide range of skin care products, ensuring items match order specifications.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing, maintaining high quality standards.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and scanning, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the packing station and warehouse area.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and stocking products, as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure and productive workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 25 lbs consistently throughout a shift.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy for order processing and scanning.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or e-commerce fulfillment environment is a plus but not required.
- Currently enrolled student seeking part-time work.
