Job Description
Join Premier Party Bus MN as a Party Bus Driver and be the captain of fun on wheels! We are looking for experienced, reliable, and customer-focused drivers with a valid CDL B license to operate our luxury party buses during night shifts. You will be responsible for safely transporting groups of passengers to various destinations across the Minneapolis metro area, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone on board. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate party buses, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any defects.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the party bus before, during, and after shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with boarding and alighting.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with all passengers.
- Adhere to scheduled routes and timelines, while being flexible for client needs.
- Handle passenger inquiries and address minor issues professionally.
- Manage on-board sound and lighting systems as per client requests and safety guidelines.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and logs accurately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management.
Required Skills
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with Passenger endorsement.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent knowledge of Minneapolis and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to passenger safety and comfort.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist passengers as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience driving party buses, limousines, or other passenger transport vehicles.
- Customer service experience in a hospitality or entertainment setting.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor roadside issues.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
