Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pinterest Customer Success Manager with a focus on supporting our vibrant tech startup partners. In this hybrid role based in El Paso, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of innovative tech startups, guiding them to maximize their presence and success on the Pinterest platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of tech startup clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to help startups optimize their content, campaigns, and overall presence on Pinterest.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business presentations with clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Onboard new tech startup clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value on the Pinterest platform.
  • Serve as a product expert, educating clients on new features, best practices, and industry trends relevant to Pinterest.
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and expansion, collaborating with sales and product teams to drive adoption of Pinterest solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address client pain points, escalating issues as needed and advocating for client needs internally.
  • Analyze client performance data, reporting on key metrics and demonstrating the ROI of Pinterest strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Pinterest platform, its features, and its value proposition for businesses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools.
  • A passion for startups, technology, and visual inspiration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with tech startups or within the startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media advertising, and content strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
