Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and forward-thinking Records Management Assistant with a focus on AI and digital data to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this pivotal hybrid role, you will support the efficient organization, maintenance, and retrieval of critical digital information. You will work with advanced AI tools to enhance data classification, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to the digital transformation of our records management processes. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of digital records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Utilize and contribute to the development of AI-driven tools for data classification, tagging, and archiving.
- Perform quality checks on digital data to maintain high standards of integrity and compliance.
- Support the implementation and adherence to records retention schedules and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate timely information retrieval and secure data sharing.
- Assist in training users on records management best practices and the use of digital tools.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving digital records infrastructure and AI integration.
- Ensure all records management activities comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., FINRA, HIPAA, GDPR).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in digital data management and strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in data processing.
- Familiarity with recordkeeping principles and data governance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience with enterprise content management (ECM) systems or document management systems (DMS).
- Certification in Records Management (e.g., CRM Associate).
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).
