Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Visual Merchandiser (Digital) with a specialized focus on Pinterest Shoppable Pins to join our dynamic marketing team in Lyon. This role is crucial for enhancing our online brand presence, driving engagement, and converting visual inspiration into sales through compelling digital merchandising strategies on the Pinterest platform. The ideal candidate will combine a strong aesthetic sense with analytical skills to optimize our product visibility and user experience across Pinterest.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital visual merchandising strategies specifically for Pinterest Shoppable Pins.
- Curate and optimize product imagery, videos, and descriptions to create visually appealing and conversion-focused Pins.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product launches on Pinterest.
- Analyze Pinterest performance data, including engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics, to identify trends and inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest features, best practices, and algorithm changes to continuously improve our digital merchandising efforts.
- Manage and maintain product catalogs and feed integrations relevant to Pinterest Shoppable Pins.
- Conduct A/B testing on various visual elements and pin formats to optimize performance.
- Educate internal teams on Pinterest trends and effective shoppable content creation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital visual merchandising or e-commerce marketing.
- Demonstrable expertise in Pinterest Business features, including Shoppable Pins and Catalog integrations.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles, aesthetics, and user experience.
- Proficiency with analytics tools to measure campaign performance (e.g., Pinterest Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with other social commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for Pinterest.
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
- Experience in the beauty or luxury goods industry.
