Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Terminal Liaison Chauffeur to join our Guest Services team in Henderson, NV. In this pivotal role, you will be the first and last impression for many of our esteemed guests, providing seamless, safe, and luxurious transportation experiences. You will be responsible for airport pickups and drop-offs, inter-resort transfers, and special event transportation, always ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and guest satisfaction. This role requires exceptional driving skills, an impeccable service ethic, and a strong commitment to punctuality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from airports, various properties, and designated destinations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with luggage, offering amenities, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and alternative directions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness of the assigned vehicle before and after each trip.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with the utmost professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, concierge, and other guest services personnel to coordinate schedules and special requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information and itineraries.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred, but not mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving or chauffeur experience
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Henderson, Las Vegas, and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles or in a corporate chauffeur role
- Proficiency in multiple languages
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced chauffeur training
- First Aid/CPR certification
