Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Car Detailer to join our fast-paced service team. This is an immediate start, full-time position that requires a high-energy individual who thrives in an outdoor work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles, both new and pre-owned, meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation before customer delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior washing, waxing, and polishing of vehicles.
- Execute comprehensive interior cleaning, including vacuuming, shampooing, and detailing surfaces.
- Apply protective coatings and sealants to vehicle paintwork and interior components.
- Inspect vehicles for quality assurance post-detailing, identifying and rectifying any imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and manage detailing supplies.
- Operate detailing equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely vehicle preparation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods outdoors.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
