BestMark is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals in Wesley Chapel, Florida, to join our team of Casual Dining Mystery Shoppers. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy dining out and providing valuable feedback to help restaurants improve. You’ll visit a variety of family-friendly casual dining establishments, evaluate their service, food quality, and ambiance, and provide detailed reports. This flexible, gig-based role is perfect for parents, retirees, students, or anyone looking to earn extra income while making a real impact on local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Dine at assigned casual dining restaurants as a regular customer, often accompanied by family or friends.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the dining experience, including cleanliness, staff attentiveness, food presentation, and overall service quality.
- Interact with staff naturally, asking specific questions or making requests as required by the assignment guidelines.
- Accurately document observations and experiences immediately after the visit.
- Complete and submit detailed, objective, and timely online reports for each assignment, adhering to all instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and client information.
- Adhere to all deadlines and project requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
