Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be exclusively responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through written correspondence only. This includes managing emails, chat, and support tickets, ensuring accurate, timely, and empathetic resolutions. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other written channels.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by providing clear, concise, and accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on service changes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills, with perfect grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs through written cues.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and various communication platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer support tools.
- Experience in a high-volume email/chat support environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
