Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for a flexible way to earn income? J.D. Power is seeking enthusiastic Secret Shoppers to join our team in Glendale, California, and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to contribute valuable insights into customer service and product quality. As a Secret Shopper, you will visit various businesses as a regular customer, observe and evaluate specific aspects of their service, products, or environment, and then provide detailed feedback through our online reporting system. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to fit assignments around your existing schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned shopping visits to various businesses (e.g., retail stores, restaurants, service centers) as a regular customer.
- Observe and evaluate specific criteria, including staff helpfulness, product availability, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.
- Interact with staff in a natural manner to assess service quality.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete online reports detailing your observations and experiences within a specified timeframe.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and shopping assignments.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each specific assignment.
- Manage your own schedule to complete assignments by their deadlines.
