Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide crucial remote support to various departments within Cleveland Clinic. This part-time role is ideally suited for individuals, particularly parents, looking for flexible work arrangements that allow them to balance professional commitments with family responsibilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing communications, and supporting our teams from a home-based office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize virtual meetings, including sending invitations, managing attendees, and providing technical support as needed.
- Handle email correspondence, filtering, prioritizing, and drafting responses.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and databases.
- Assist with data entry, research tasks, and special projects as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to multiple team members or departments.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications
