TaskRabbit is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals in Plymouth to join our network of Taskers specializing in IKEA dining chair assembly. This is a straightforward task, perfect for anyone who enjoys working with their hands and following simple instructions. No prior professional experience or formal diploma is required – just a willingness to learn and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble IKEA dining chairs according to manufacturer's instructions, ensuring all parts are correctly installed and tightened.
- Verify the completeness and integrity of furniture components before beginning assembly.
- Handle furniture and tools safely to prevent damage or injury.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after assembly.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding appointment times and task progress.
- Ensure client satisfaction with the completed assembly.
- Manage your own schedule and task bookings via the TaskRabbit app.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams accurately.
- Basic manual dexterity and comfort using common hand tools (e.g., Allen wrench, screwdriver).
