You will work closely with AI engineers, UX designers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into clear, natural, and effective dialogue flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging dialogue scripts for various chatbot personas and use cases.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and product managers to understand technical capabilities and user needs.
- Design conversational flows, user journeys, and error handling messages that enhance user experience.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all chatbot interactions.
- Iterate on scripts based on user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving project requirements.
- Conduct linguistic and usability testing of chatbot dialogues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of conversational designs and script versions.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in conversational AI, natural language processing, and UX writing.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong creative writing ability with a keen eye for detail.
