Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Stretch Limo Operator with a strong emphasis on precision driving to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving abilities, a meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an extraordinary client experience. You will be responsible for the safe and comfortable transportation of our clients, ensuring their journey is smooth, punctual, and luxurious. This role demands not only expert vehicle handling but also superior customer service, discretion, and a proactive approach to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stretch limousines and other luxury vehicles safely and precisely, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and full operational readiness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and addressing any requests courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Nashville and surrounding areas, utilizing GPS and local knowledge for optimal routing and timely arrivals.
- Manage scheduling and communicate effectively with dispatch regarding client pickups, drop-offs, and any unforeseen delays.
- Ensure client confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, maintaining a clean driving record and promptly reporting any incidents or concerns.
- Represent Nashville Platinum Transportation with integrity and a commitment to excellence.
Required Skills
- Valid Class E or CDL driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury transportation or a similar field
- Proven precision driving skills, capable of safely maneuvering large vehicles in diverse traffic conditions
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong geographical knowledge of Nashville, TN, and surrounding areas
- Ability to operate GPS and navigation systems proficiently
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Punctuality and strong time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating stretch limousines or other executive class vehicles
- Defensive driving certification
- Experience with high-end client service and VIP transportation
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
