Job Description
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to join our Player Support team as an Evening Game Support Specialist. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our players, ensuring they have the best possible gaming experience. This fully remote position offers the flexibility of working from your home, supporting players during evening hours from Monday to Friday. We are looking for passionate individuals who love gaming, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow within the vibrant gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to player inquiries via chat, email, and internal tools in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to game access, installation, performance, and in-game mechanics.
- Provide guidance on account management, billing, and game features.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current and upcoming Blizzard titles, policies, and support tools.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values by putting players first.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating software applications.
- A genuine passion for video games and the gaming community.
- Availability to work evening shifts, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (even non-gaming related) in any industry.
- Familiarity with Blizzard Entertainment games and services.
- Experience with CRM software or ticketing systems.
