Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Chauffeur to join our operations in Richland, WA. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to not only provide exceptional chauffeur services but also to take on a leadership role, managing and mentoring a small team of dedicated chauffeurs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury transportation, impeccable driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction while fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide premium, safe, and efficient chauffeured transportation services for clients.
- Manage and oversee a small team of chauffeurs, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
- Ensure all team members adhere to Carey International's rigorous service standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure fleet vehicles are immaculately clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
- Handle client requests and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries and support for the chauffeur team.
- Stay informed of local traffic patterns, road conditions, and alternative routes to optimize travel times.
- Assist with onboarding new chauffeurs, providing guidance and mentorship.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional chauffeur experience, preferably in luxury transportation.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Exceptional knowledge of local geography, traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctual, reliable, and discreet with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using navigation systems and smartphone applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced driver training or defensive driving courses.
- Previous experience as a lead or senior chauffeur.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
