Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic AI Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, perfect for freshers who are eager to start their career in technology and customer relations. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients using IBM's AI products.
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through product features and best practices.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure successful adoption and utilization of AI solutions.
  • Provide first-tier support for product inquiries and issues, escalating complex problems to technical teams when necessary.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IBM's AI product suite and industry best practices.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, service industry) is a plus.
