Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and observant individuals to join NielsenIQ as a Secret Shopper in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This is a direct-hire contract role, not through an agency, offering a unique opportunity to provide valuable feedback on customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, and overall shopping experiences. As a Secret Shopper, you will visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service providers, posing as a regular customer. Your objective is to evaluate specific criteria, document your observations accurately, and submit detailed reports through our online portal. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Your insights will directly impact our clients’ strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned 'secret' shopping visits to various businesses within the Wesley Chapel area.
- Act as a regular customer while discreetly evaluating pre-determined aspects of the customer experience.
- Observe and document details such as staff friendliness, product knowledge, store cleanliness, service speed, and compliance with company standards.
- Complete detailed and objective online reports within 24-48 hours of each visit, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Adhere strictly to all project guidelines, deadlines, and ethical standards set forth by NielsenIQ.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all assignments, client information, and observations.
- Communicate effectively with project coordinators regarding any questions or issues encountered during assignments.
