Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Target toy departments discreetly, acting as a regular customer.
- Evaluate various aspects of the toy department, including customer service interactions, product availability, merchandising standards, and overall store cleanliness.
- Provide detailed, objective, and timely feedback through our standardized online reporting system.
- Observe and report on the effectiveness of promotional displays and product placement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all evaluation activities and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each mystery evaluation assignment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observation skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and personal integrity.
- Comfortable working independently and maintaining anonymity during evaluations.
- Basic computer literacy for online reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- A genuine interest in toys, games, and children's products.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
- Access to reliable transportation to visit various store locations within San Diego.
