Job Description

Are you an undeniable Apple enthusiast with a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for helping others? Currys is seeking a dedicated Remote Apple Expert to join our dynamic customer support team. In this 100% remote role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and guidance to our customers regarding their Apple products, from iPhones and iPads to Macs and Apple Watches. We’ll provide you with all the necessary equipment (‘Oprema’) to set up your home office, ensuring you have the tools to succeed from day one. If you love solving complex technical issues, explaining features clearly, and delivering a world-class customer experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support for a wide range of Apple products, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Assist customers with setup, configuration, and optimization of their Apple devices and services.
  • Guide customers through complex technical processes, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, software updates, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise with macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Apple hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace at home.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification.
  • Previous experience in a remote technical support role.
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
