Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy WFH AI Support Representative to join our growing team. In this 100% remote role, you will provide critical support to users of our AI-powered platforms exclusively through text and email channels. Your primary responsibility will be to assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot common issues, guide them through features, and ensure a seamless experience with our AI products. This role requires excellent written communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries via text and email regarding AI product functionality, troubleshooting, and general support.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AI platform usage, escalating complex problems to senior support or development teams when necessary.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate step-by-step instructions to users for navigating and utilizing AI features.
  • Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge base and FAQs based on user feedback and common issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with new AI product features, updates, and best practices.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in using web-based applications, email, and chat systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
