Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from trucks, trailers, and conveyor systems
- Sort packages based on destination codes and prepare for delivery
- Scan and log incoming and outgoing packages with accuracy
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and meet daily targets
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. independently and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or physical labor role
- Experience operating material handling equipment
