Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented AI Learning File Handler to join our growing team in Provo. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and preparing structured data files essential for training and improving our AI models. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of data integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced technology environment. You will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our AI learning processes, directly impacting the accuracy and performance of our intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, categorize, and maintain large volumes of structured data files in accordance with established protocols.
  • Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data sets.
  • Prepare data files for AI model training, including formatting, labeling, and transforming data as needed.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to understand data requirements and feedback.
  • Identify and report data anomalies or inconsistencies, proposing solutions for remediation.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all data handling activities.
  • Document data handling processes and contribute to the improvement of data management workflows.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data annotation guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and data management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
  • Basic understanding of data structures and file formats (CSV, JSON, XML).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
