Job Description

This entry-level position is perfect for those eager to learn the ropes of customer support, develop professional communication skills, and become an integral part of our customer success team. You’ll receive comprehensive training to become a skilled Home Advisor, providing support and solutions to our valued customers primarily through typed communication and data entry. No prior experience is required – just a strong work ethic and a desire to grow!
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training programs to learn Spectrum products, services, and customer interaction protocols.
- Accurately and efficiently type customer inquiries and responses into various systems.
- Assist customers with basic service questions, troubleshooting, and account inquiries under supervision.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and trainers to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive for improvement in typing speed, accuracy, and customer service delivery.
Required Skills
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Problem-solving aptitude and keen attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role (even informal).
- Familiarity with telecommunications services and technology.
