Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Lead Chauffeur with a passion for exceptional service and strong leadership potential to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate luxury vehicles for executive and VIP clients, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Provide superior customer service, ensuring client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of chauffeurs, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
  • Oversee daily dispatch operations, vehicle assignments, and route optimization.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness of the fleet.
  • Handle client inquiries, special requests, and resolve minor issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and service records.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management of vehicle supplies and amenities.
  • Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional chauffeuring experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns in the New Port Richey and greater Tampa Bay area.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and communication devices.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling client information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury ground transportation or hospitality.
  • Advanced driving certifications (e.g., defensive driving, executive protection driving).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with dispatch software and fleet management systems.
