Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
- Develop concepts and designs for promotional materials, presentations, and digital content under supervision.
- Ensure all designs align with Netflix brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to understand project requirements.
- Prepare design files for various platforms and specifications.
- Participate in design reviews, incorporating feedback to refine visuals.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Fundamental understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong visual aesthetic and attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating creative potential and a passion for design (student projects welcome).
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with digital asset management systems.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
